This item is designed for running and has a mid-rise. The inseam measures 4 inches. The fabric is soft and ultralight like feather, quick-drying, soft to the touch, and highly durable. A built-in mesh liner reduces friction. There is a back zipper pocket to hold your keys and cards. The waistband is elastic with an inner drawstring.

To measure, start with the bust. Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level.

Next, measure your waist. Wrap the tape around your natural waistline, keeping it comfortably loose. This is the narrowest part of your body between the ribs and hips.

Finally, measure your hips. Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

If you don't prefer a tight fit or too much support, you may want to size up. For example, a 32C matches both S(32C) and M(34B).
